BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu valued at around P24,548 was seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Bacuyangan, Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental.
Rodolfo Canillo Jr., 23, of Sitio Bato in Barangay Talacagay, Hinoba-an yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Canillo was caught after he allegedly sold a sachet of shabu to a poseur-buyer for P1,000 around 9 a.m. on Oct. 3, the report added. Canillo’s motorcycle was also impounded.
Detained in the lockup cell of the Hinoba-an municipal police station, the suspect faces charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
