BACOLOD City – Suspected shabu worth some P13,500 was recovered in an entrapment operation in Barangay 27, a police report showed.
Officers from Police Station 4 arrested the 24-year-old Florida Vergel after she sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer for P1,000 on Thursday, the report further stated.
When frisked, Vergel yielded two more sachets containing the same substance.
Cash amounting P600 police believed to be proceeds from her illegal drug transactions was also recovered from Vergel.
She was detained at the Police Station 4 lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
