BACOLOD City – Six sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P25,000 were confiscated in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 4, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Resident 35-year-old Danilo Jimenez and 33-year-old Jovic Marfil of Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Jimenez and Marfil were nabbed after they sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, it added.
They were detained in the Kabankalan City police station’s custodial facility, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
