ILOILO City – A resident of Capiz province was arrested in a mall on De Leon Street, City Proper.
Roger Barrio was accused of stealing cigarettes from the mall, a police report showed.
The 22-year-old from Barangay San Ramon, Pilar, Capiz was taken to the Iloilo City Police Office’s Station 1.
A security guard, Irene Tayo, arrested Barrio at around 2:45 p.m. She seized from him two packs of cigarettes./PN
