BACOLOD City – Operatives of the Silay City Police Station arrested the city’s priority target in its drugs watchlist around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, in Barangay Mambulac.
Suspect Celeste Gulmatico, 39, was a resident of the aforementioned barangay.
Also arrested was newly identified street-level suspect Wynn Aguilar, 48, of the same village. Police Lieutenant Colonel Mark Anthony Darroca, Silay City Police Station chief, said a total of 18 grams of suspected shabu valued at P122,400 were confiscated.
Gulmatico and Aguilar were detained at the Silay City Police Station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
