BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay E. Lopez, Silay City, Negros Occidental was arrested.
The 34-year-old Romer Duran was charged with four counts of domestic violence, a police report showed.
Armed with an arrest warrant, policemen of Silay City caught Duran around 9 a.m. on Sept. 22.
Judge Dyna Doll Chiongson-Trocio of Regional Trial Court Branch 40 issued the warrant dated July 9, 2012.
She recommended a P96,000 bail bond for Duran’s temporary liberty./PN
