BACOLOD City – The No. 1 drug suspect in Silay City, Negros Occidental had been arrested.
Police searched the two houses of the 32-year-old Aldrin Orquia in Barangay Mambulac, Silay City after a test buy, said Superintendent Willy Diel, city police chief.
Orquia was an Oplan Double Barrel surrenderee, police said.
Six sachets of suspected shabu worth around P50,000, drug paraphernalia and P600 cash were seized from him.
Operatives from the Silay City police station and the Provincial Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operation Task Group staged the operation around 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 21./PN
