ILOILO City – A Singaporean businessman was nabbed for domestic violence in Barangay Balabag, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan.
Police identified him as Justin Kon.
According to police investigators, Kon and his 27-year-old live-in partner Rosa have a heated argument around 1 p.m. on July 27.
This prompted Kon to drag and push Rosa to the wall, a police report showed.
Rosa then called the police, who responded to the village.
Kon was detained in the lockup cell of the Malay police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9262, or the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children Act of 2004./PN
