BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Singcang-Airport had been shot.
Joemarie Tinasas sustained gunshot wounds on the left hip and left arm, police said.
The 19-year-old was taken to the Bacolod Adventist Medical Center after the incident on Wednesday.
Three people on board a motorcycle fired at Tinasas on Liroville Street. They used an improvised gun, police said.
Officers have yet to identify the suspects as of this writing./PN
