BACOLOD City – A man was shot to death in Barangay Camindangan, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
The 44-year-old resident Amid Panangganan died of gunshot wounds on the body, a police report showed.
According to police investigators, Panangganan was walking with Nenita Garina, Lorencia Julian and Jemboy Julian when four unidentified suspects peppered Panangganan with bullets around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
Panangganan was rushed to the Sipalay City Health Office where the attending physician declared him “dead on arrival.”
Officers of the Sipalay City police station have yet to identify the suspects and the motive in the incident./PN
