ILOILO City – Charged with attempted murder, a man was nabbed in Barangay Ingay, Tubungan, Iloilo.
The 74-year-old resident Johnny Tacuban was caught around 9:45 a.m. on May 18, police said.
Tacuban’s arrest was staged on the strength of an arrest warrant issued by Judge Nelson Badtolome of the Regional Trial Court 6th Judicial Region.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Tubunga police station.
The court recommended a P120,000 bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty./PN
