ILOILO City – Police arrested a resident of Barangay Calaparan, Arevalo district.
The 23-year-old Gander Biliran has been charged with slight physical injury.
Officers served him a warrant of arrest in his house at around 10 a.m. on Sunday, a police report stated.
Judge Alexis Zerrudo of the Municipal Trial Court issued the arrest warrant and set the bail bond at P3,000.
Biliran was taken to the Arevalo police station. It was not immediately clear as of this writing if the suspect has posted bail./PN
