BACOLOD City – A resident of Barangay Tinongan, Isabela, Negros Occidental was hacked on the head.
Orlando Guarin was confined in the Ignacio Lacson Arroyo Sr. Memorial District Hospital in Isabela, a police report showed.
Police identified a suspect – Guarin’s son Jesmar.
A heated argument between the father and son prompted the latter to attack the former, police said, citing witnesses.
Guarin just arrived home when the incident happened at around 9 p.m. Thursday.
The suspect fled after the incident, said the police./PN
