BACOLOD City – A man was stabbed in Barangay Villamonte.
The 34-year-old resident Joemarie Descartin sustained stab wounds on the body, police said.
According to police investigators, Descartin was onboard a tricycle when three unidentified persons attacked him around 8 p.m. on June 28.
The victim managed to flee but was stabbed again by the assailants.
Descartin was rushed to the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in this city for medical treatment.
Officers of Police Station 4 have yet to identify the suspects, who fled after the incident./PN
