ILOILO City – Two men were arrested for allegedly stealing bicycle parts in Barangay Dulonan, Arevalo district.
They were residents Jofher Torres and Nelson Oribe, a police report showed.
Torres and Oribe were nabbed at around 4 p.m. on Monday after owner Charles Ho caught them carting away several bicycle hubs worth P500 apiece from the latter’s establishment.
Police said the stolen items were recovered from Oribe’s backpack.
Torres and Oribe were brought to the Arevalo police station where they were detained
A theft charge was filed against them, police said.PN
