BACOLOD City – The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) has identified the suspect responsible for throwing a stone at a modernized jeepney plying the Libertad-Handumanan route.
Lieutenant Colonel Ronnie Brillo, spokesperson and deputy director for operations of BCPO, told Panay News that the police are in the process of filing charges against the suspect following the directive of the city’s police chief, Colonel Noel Aliño.

Alias “Dodoy Kulafo” will be facing two charges — malicious mischief and physical injury — for causing harm to an individual during the incident on Wednesday night, Feb. 7, along the boundary of barangays Mansilingan and Felisa.
In a Facebook post by netizen Bryan Lois Tamayo Villanueva, he said the stoning incident damaged the vehicle’s window and left glass shards scattered on the passengers.
Brillo also mentioned that Aliño instructed Police Station 7 commander Captain Andy Ofalia to coordinate with the barangay officials to install lighting in the area where the incident occurred, deploy barangay watchmen and force multipliers, and intensify police patrol in the vicinity.
The police are currently coordinating with the victim and the operator of the modernized jeepney to complete the legal process against the identified suspect./PN
