ILOILO City – A store helper punched a customer in Barangay Railway, La Paz district around 7:20 a.m. yesterday.
Lalaine Sumagaysay, 43, told the police she wanted to buy sotanghon with the Marca Pato brand but the store helper Gerald Salvacion, 24, teased her, “Bibe na.”
Sumagaysay reproached Salvacion for his manner of answering, but the latter got pissed and struck her on the forehead.
Salvacion was arrested and detained at the La Paz police station./PN
