CAPIZ – A 24-year-old student was arrested for lascivious conduct in Barangay Lawaan, Roxas City.
Police caught alias “Negro,” a resident of the city’s Barangay Tiza, on Monday, January 20, through the strength of an arrest warrant for lascivious conduct under Section 5(B) of Republic Act 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act).
Judge Joan Marie B. Bargas Betita of the Regional Trial Court, 6th Judicial Region – Branch 14 set a P10,000 bail bond to grant the accused temporary liberty.
According to the Roxas City Police Station, the suspect has been released from police custody after posting bail./PN
