ILOILO City – He was found dead hanging inside his rented apartment in Compania, Molo district, police said.
The 21-year-old Joseph Nicholas Estiandan was believed to have committed suicide.
Estiandan was found by his aunt hanging from the ceiling of his rented apartment with a blanket tied around his neck at 11:10 a.m. on Monday, a police report showed.
Estiandan’s family and relatives were convinced that he had committed suicide, the report added.
Police officers have yet to rule out foul play in the incident./PN
