BACOLOD City – A high school student’s cellphone was lost to a thief in Barangay Singcang.
The 20-year-old resident Baironah Comarandang was walking with her classmate when her cellphone was taken on July 11, a police report showed.
Police identified the suspect as 27-year-old resident Clint Agravante.
Officers of the Police Station 8 have yet to arrest Agravante, who fled after the incident./PN
