ILOILO City – At a mall’s parking area in Barangay Bolilao, Mandurriao district, a male student got mauled by a group of men around 3:35 a.m. on April 24.
Earl Kenneth Ogtong was 21-year-old resident of Barbaza, Antique.
According to the police, he was drunk when attacked.
One suspect was arrested – Carl David Gavia of Jaro district.
Three other suspects were named but cops failed to arrest them.
What sparked the mauling was unclear.
Ogtong was treated for his cuts and bruises at the West Visayas State University Medical Center./PN
