BACOLOD City – A sachet of suspected shabu weighing about five grams valued at around P55,000 was seized from a man at a checkpoint in Barangay Sum-ag.
Jeffrey Rodrigo, 43, of Barangay 10, yielded the suspected illegal drugs, a police report showed.
Police officers caught the suspect carrying suspected shabu around 6:30 a.m. on April 6, it added.
The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of Police Station 9, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
