ROXAS City – The construction of a super health station in Barangay Loctugan here will commence soon.
Mayor Ronnie Dadivas said the Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) are currently planning for its establishment.
Engr. Sanny Boy Oropel, director of DPWH Region 6, visited the city mayor recently to give updates on the construction’s timeline.
“Luyag ko ipahibalo sa inyo nga madali na lang umpisahan ang pagtukod sang aton super health station project sa Barangay Loctugan. Sa amon meeting ni DPWH Regional Director Sanny Boy Oropel amon na ginpinalisar ang plano sa konstruksyon sang proyekto halin sa Department of Health nga iga-implementar sang city government kag DPWH,” Dadivas said.
The city mayor added that they also talked about the status of the road network projects including the study on the possible construction of a bypass road to ease traffic congestion in the city.
“Para sa akon, subong nga tion mas kinahanglan naton ang konstruksyon sang mga bypass road agud malikawan ang paggutok sang mga salakyan sa aton dalanon sa syudad. Ini nga mga proyekto nagaangut sa aton handum para sa bigger, better kag brighter Roxas City,” he added.
Also present during the meeting were personnel of the City Engineer’s Office headed by Engr. Antonio Amoroso and City Planning and Development Officer Arnold Alarcon./PN
