Suspect for lascivious conduct falls

ROXAS City – The Tracker Team of the Roxas City Police Station successfully apprehended 68-year-old “Danilo” for three counts of lascivious conduct under Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.

He was found at around 3:10 p.m. on Jan. 29, hiding in Sitio Pagutok, Barangay Dayao.

“Danilo’s” warrant of arrest, issued by Hon. Eric Anthony A. Dumpilo, Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 14, set the bail to P10,000 for each count.

At present, the apprehended individual is held by the Roxas City police for proper disposition.

Police Brigadier General Sidney Villaflor, the region’s top cop, underscored their commitment to ensuring that individuals responsible for any form of abuse, particularly towards children, are pursued and brought to justice./PN
