KALIBO, Aklan – Charged with attempted homicide, a resident of Barangay Andagao here was arrested on Monday.
John McKenley, 20, was served by policemen with a warrant of arrest at around 11:30 a.m. and taken to the police station.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Alicia Cruz-Barrios of the Municipal Trial Court, Kalibo, Aklan, 6th Judicial Region.
As this was being written, it was unclear if McKenley was able to post bail that the court set at P36,000./PN
