ILOILO City – Accused of sexually assaulting a minor, a resident of Miagao, Iloilo has been arrested.
Federico Arroyo was detained at the Miagao police station, a police report stated.
Officers served him on Sunday a warrant of arrest in Barangay Palaca, Miagao where he also lives.
Arroyo has been charged with rape and sexual abuse of a minor in violation of Republic Act 7610, or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act.
The court set the bail bond for the two charges at P400,000./PN
