BACOLOD City – Three sachets of suspected shabu were recovered from a man in Barangay Antipolo, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
Police confiscated suspected illegal drugs valued at around P5,000 from 30-year-old resident Elmar Rubino.
Rubino was caught in a drug sting operation around 10:55 p.m. on Sunday, police said.
He was detained in the lockup cell of the Pontevedra police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
