ILOILO City – A teenager wanted for a series of robberies has been arrested on Jalandoni Street here.
Vincent Berganitos, 19, of Barangay Rizal Estanzuela, City Proper was collared around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Judge Gloria Madero of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 29 issued the warrant for Berganitos’ arrest.
The bail bond for the suspect’s temporary liberty was set at P20,000 but as of this writing, it was unclear if he was able to bail himself out of Police Station 1 where he was detained.
Berganitos was accused of stealing a radiator of Chito’s Hotel on De Leon Street, Iloilo City on Sept. 13, 2013.
According to Superintendent Gilbert Gorero, Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) spokesperson, the suspect was also involved in other robbery cases in the City Proper./PN
