ROXAS City – Three men were arrested in an antidrug buy-bust operation around 7:25 p.m. on Dec. 21 in Sitio Durado, Barangay Inzo Arnaldo Village here.
The suspects were Orlando Pinaranda Almasol, Felizardo Abobo Bulaclac and Kevin Fian Yray.
Almasol was a suspected maintainer of an alleged drug den in the village.
The drug sting operation, conducted by joint personnel of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Aklan and PDEA Capiz, yielded several sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 11 grams with a standard value of P74,800 and buy-bust money, among others.
The suspects are facing charges for violation of sections 5, 6, 7, 11 and 12 of Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
