ILOILO City – Three men were arrested in Barangay Jibao-an, Pavia, Iloilo for alleged illegal gambling.
They were Edson Lastierre, 60, and Reynold Socolar, 24, of Barangay San Jose, and Mark Louie Silveo of Barangay Santo Niño, all in San Miguel town.
Police caught them soliciting and collecting bets for the illegal numbers game bookies around 2 p.m. on Thursday.
A Honda motorcycle, two ball pens and P7,055 cash were recovered from them.
All suspects were detained at the Pavia police station./PN
