ILOILO City – Arturo Batolin is facing a charge for illegal drug sale.
The 46-year-old resident of Barangay Taft North, Mandurriao district was arrested on Sunday evening.
At around 8:10 p.m. he sold to an undercover officer a sachet of shabu for P1,100, a police report showed.
Undercover police from Arevalo police station and the suspect at first agreed to meet in a village in that district.
But Batolin later changed his mind and moved the transaction near his house, said the police.
