BACOLOD City – A buy-bust operation in Barangay Zone 14, Talisay City, Negros Occidental resulted in the arrest of a man tagged as the No. 10 drug personality in the city’s police station.
Resident Charlie Delovio yielded suspected shabu weighing about three grams valued at around P20,400, a police report showed.
Delovio was nabbed after he sold suspected illegal drugs to an undercover officer around 6:15 p.m. on July 26, it added. The suspect was detained in the lockup cell of the Talisay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
