BACOLOD City – Police arrested a street level drug suspect along Mabini Highway in Barangay Zone 12 , Talisay City, Negros Occidental.
Talisay City police head Superintendent Adonis Rosales identified the suspect as the 33-year-old Ceasar “Waway” Gabin of Purok Rosal 2, Barangay Zone 10, Talisay City.
Gabin, a newly identified drug suspect, was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation around 3:10 a.m. on Sunday.
Recovered from his possession were seven sachets containing suspected shabu including the buy-bust item and the P300 marked money, police said.
Gabin was detained at the Talisay City police station lockup facility and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
