BACOLOD City – He sold suspected shabu to an undercover officer that was why he was arrested.
The 37-year-old Ric Ponclara of Barangay Zone 16, Talisay City, Negros Occidental was detained and facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Ponclara was caught on Tuesday in Barangay 4, Talisay City, a police report showed.
Recovered from his possession were four sachets of suspected shabu and P2,360 marked money, police said./PN
