BACOLOD City – In Barangay Zone 4, Talisay City, Negros Occidental, a man was caught in a drug buy-bust operation.
Eight sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P23,800 were seized from 42-year-old resident Richard Zaragoza, a police report showed.
Zaragoza was nabbed after he sold a sachet of suspected illegal drugs to an undercover cop for P500 around 2:05 p.m. on Aug. 9, it added.
The suspect was detained in the custodial facility of the Talisay City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
