So Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr. and Mayor Jerry Treñas will support Leni Robredo, which does not come as a surprise. Remember last 2016 they both wore yellow shirts. Time to ditch the blue shirt for a pink one, Governor and Mayor. A pink one instead of the Hawaiian shirt. But some unsolicited advice: go easy on stacking up on the pink shirt. It’s only for a short while.
Of course, I will never ridicule nor condescend on anyone who says they will vote for Leni Robredo or Manny Pacquiao, although hilarious it would seem. You see, this is a free country and we all have the right to make fools of ourselves. Or not.
Obviously, the martial law issue didn’t work, likewise for corruption. So now they’re clutching at straws and fixated with the Oxford thingy. They can’t let go of it because they really have nothing else.
But definitely a dropout from Oxford University is way better, in fact miles better than a Grade 4 dropout from Saranggani Elementary School.
The “devotees to the cult of the yellow ribbon” now dyed pink are squirming in their yellow knickers. Martial law issue, corruption, Oxford diploma all failed. The “hated” Bongbong Marcos is still topping all surveys and will most probably become the next president. Now they’re desperately clutching at straws for a disqualification case.
If the “devotees to the cult of the yellow ribbon” now dyed pink are to be believed, Leni Robredo will win as president but their latest tantrums which smacks of desperation – filing a disqualification case against front runner Bongbong Marcos – just shows they’re afraid that in real elections Leni Robredo will lose and the only way for her to have a semblance of winning is this disqualification thingy.
And speaking of Leni Robredo, she always manages to shot herself in the foot every time she speaks. Her latest faux pas is the “vote buying issue”.
She said something like this: “It’s alright to accept the money, just vote according to your conscience”. Of course that is still considered as vote buying and very much against the law.
Meanwhile, Archbishop Socrates Villegas quickly justified this by saying that if you’re hungry it’s OK to accept the money.
If we’re to follow Bishop Socrates Villegas’ logic, then Eve and Adam did not commit a sin because they were hungry so they ate the apple. Good God, this priest is twisting everything to fit Leni Robredo’s narrative, truly desperation and hypocrisy to the max. I won’t be surprised if God suddenly rains fire and brimstone on this hypocrite hiding under a priest’s cassock.
With priests like Bishop Socrates Villegas, who needs Lucifer to tempt people away from the Catholic Church? God indeed works in mysterious ways.
By the way, the only people saying Marcos is a hero are the ones shouting he’s not.
And we segue to this: for decades Manila Bay along Roxas Boulevard is literally a garbage dump and no president has the political will to clean it. Now that it’s finally clean and rid of the garbage, some so-called environmental group says it’s a “natural disaster”. So they’re saying garbage on the beach is natural, or they just hate President Duterte.
As usual, mainstream media particularly ABS-CBN twisted facts on the encounter and death of top NPA kumander Jorge “Ka Oris” Madlos just like what they did with the brutal murder by the NPA of FEU footballer Keith Absalon, simply because they hate President Duterte.
They might as well say that this fellow, Jorge “Ka Oris” Madlos, was never a member of the NPA but a member of the Manila Vegans advocating to promote the eating of talong and alugbate and he passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by his love ones while the military was in the vicinity indiscriminately firing, Yeah right, and pigs fly.
