BACOLOD City – A motorcycle crashed into a center island on Araneta Street in Barangay Tangub.
Its driver – 50-year-old resident Johnny Jose Aizpuro – died, a police report showed.
The incident happened at around 9:20 p.m. on Feb. 7, Police Station 8 said.
Aizpuro was rushed to the South Bacolod General Hospital, where Dr. Gracel Malabug pronounced him dead at 10:02 p.m.
The victim sustained “serious injuries” on the body, the police report stated. The motorcycle was damaged, too./PN
