BACOLOD City – A 55-year-old teacher was found dead inside her house in Purok 10, Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.

Police identified her as 55-year-old Cecelia Adorador. She sustained injuries in her head.
As what the Himamaylan City police gathered so far, the victim was alone in her room on Wednesday when two suspects forcibly entered her residence through a window.

The suspects then struck the victim’s head with dumbbells, a police report showed.

Witness Joseph Villaflor told police that he found the victim lying on her bed inside her room, full of blood on her head and face. 

Officers of the Himamaylan City police station said the suspects ransacked the house of the victim as her personal belongings were in disarray.

They have yet to determine the exact amount of cash and value of jewelry taken by the perpetrators./PN
