BACOLOD City – A teenager allegedly shot his 43-year-old brother using a boga, or a hand-held PVC cannon.
The 15-year-old boy was a resident of Barangay Rizal, Escalante City, Negros Occidental.
At around 9 p.m. on May 17, the two were having a drinking session at their grandmother’s birthday party. A heated argument ensued.
The victim sustained an injury to his forehead and was treated at the Vicente Gustilo District Hospital.
Meanwhile, the minor was referred to the Women and Children Protection Desk but the family was not keen on filing charges./PN
