ILOILO City – A 16-year-old lad was arrested in a buy-bust operation of the police in Barangay Sooc, Arevalo district on Tuesday.
The teenager was a resident of the barangay. An undercover police officer bought from him a sachet of shabu for P1,000 at around 8 p.m.
The lad initially fled. It took the police an hour to find him.
