ROXAS City – An 18-year-old youngster was gunned down on Arnaldo Boulevard, Barangay Baybay.
Pipo Arroyo was a resident of the barangay. He was with a friend motorcycling when blocked by three men who were also on motorcycles.
Arroyo told the men, “Wala ko da ya sala” then ran away.
One of the men fired a gun, hitting Arroyo on a leg.
The men then drove away.
Arroyo was taken to a hospital and treated.
The police launched an investigation./PN
