“DARNA” star Liza Soberano is ready to embrace a more mature image, going by her sultry look on the red carpet at the ABS-CBN Ball Saturday.
Wearing a nude, floral Alexander McQueen gown, the 20-year-old actress said, “Now that I’m blossoming into a woman, I kind of wanted to highlight my figure a bit more.”
The look was a welcome sight for Gil, her onscreen partner and rumored boyfriend. “Thank God she’s mine,” he said, shortly before they walked the red carpet together.
In recent months, Soberano has surprised her fans with a sexier image in terms of fashion styling. The transition from girly to mature coincides with the actress’ turn as the superheroine “Darna” in Star Cinema’s upcoming film. (ABS-CBN News)
