AND THE âdevotees to the cult of the yellow ribbonâ woke up Monday morning, Rodrigo Duterte is still President of the Philippines, Leila âfrailties of a womanâ de Lima is celebrating her one year anniversary in jail and former Iloilo City and World Mayor No. 5 Jed Mabilog is nowhere to be found while remaining high on the list of suspected narco-mayors.
It seems despite all that expensive foreplay by American billionaire Loida Nicolas Lewis, Tindig Pilipinas did not have an erection. âPeople Werpaâ miserably failed.
Although it finally confirmed that Tindig Pilipinas is indeed a fraternity predominantly populated by middle-aged men with erectile dysfunction in what is supposed to be their âfinal pushâ last Sunday, all they got was âpremature ejaculation.â
But enough foreplay, letâs slide into the main body (pun intended).
People, weâve been diverted from the real issue by the striptease of that property development and investment company pretending to be a media entity aka Rappler.
The issue here is not Rapplerâs demise after the Securities and Exchange Commission revoked its permit to operate considering they were guilty of violating the Constitution.
Mainstream media and the rest of the trendy social climbers were seduced by the whining of Rappler CEO Maria Ressa and Rapplette Pia Ranada.
The real issue is 800,000 schoolchildren victims of an inadvertent genocide.
These 800,000 schoolchildren were made guinea pigs, unwitting participants in a field testing of Sanofi Pasteurâs experimental drug Dengvaxia, just to refresh your memory in case youâve been mesmerized and overwhelmed by Pia Ranadaâs antics.
No, moi cannot confirm that Pia Ranada will audition for the Mocha Girls; she might have a chance if they take older girls. As for Maria Ressa, heaven forbid!
Just a few months before the 2016 presidential election then President Noynoy Aquino, together with then Secretary of the Department of Health or DOH Janette Garin, then Budget secretary Florencio Abad, with the cooperation of then Secretary of the Department of Education Armin Luistro, undertook a massive anti-dengue vaccination of 800,000 public school children with Dengvaxia.
Sounds noble; for once in his entire political career (characterized by absolutely no accomplishments) Noynoy Aquino may have finally come to his senses with a P3.5-billion worth anti-dengue vaccination to save schoolchildren from that dreaded disease dengue.
Unfortunately for everyone involved in that vaccination program, particularly the 800,000 schoolchildren, it was rather the opposite. Instead of saving them from dengue it made them more at risked to a more severe and fatal form of dengue.
Sanofi Pasteur announced that those vaccinated with Dengvaxia who have no prior bout with dengue will be highly susceptible to a more severe form of the illness.
So it came to pass that former President Aquino, former Health secretary Garin, former Education secretary Luistro and their resident expert on âbudget magicâ former Budget secretary Abad sentenced 800,000 schoolchildren to âdeath by Dengvaxiaâ with this state-sponsored inadvertent genocide.
What made this issue bad was that when the shit hit the fan and the government demanded that Sanofi Pasteur return the money that was used to pay for Dengvaxia, they only returned what was in their sales records â some P1.5 billion. So what happened to the P2 billion? It looked like somebody or some people made a killing (pun intended).
Wait, it gets worse. Here are excerpts from the Jan. 25 issue of Manila Bulletin:
Based on records of the Department of Health (DOH), five more children who were vaccinated with Dengvaxia have died, driving the total to 26.
âAs of Jan. 24, 2018, from the total of 837, we have admitted cases of 725 and out of that, 26 died. From March 2016 to January 19, the reported deaths were 21. But since last week until this week, we have another five deaths. So a total of 26⌠from March 2016 to Jan. 24, 2018,â Health assistant secretary Maria Francia Laxamana disclosed in a press conference today.
From Malaya Business Insights:
26 kids died of dengue after Dengvaxia
A TOTAL of 26 children have died since March 2016 after getting shots of Dengvaxia and subsequently being infected with dengue, the Department of Health (DOH) said yesterday.
âFrom March 2016 to January 19, the reported deaths were 21. But until this week, we have another five deaths. So, a total of 26,â Health assistant secretary Maria Francia Laxamana said in a press briefing in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
Health secretary Francisco Duque III explained that the 26 deaths came from a total of 725 recorded adverse effects following immunization (AEFI).
AEFI is defined as any untoward medical occurrence which follows immunization.
So far 26 and counting from the 800,000 schoolchildren vaccinated with Dengvaxia have died and no deaths reported from the demise of Rappler except perhaps the pride of Pia Ranada and Maria Ressa.
We should not stop talking about this âDengvaxia genocideâ until the people behind it are made to answer.
Schoolchildren are dying and these people go about their lives as if nothing happened. (brotherlouie16@gmail.com/PN)
