ILOILO City – Charged with theft, a man was nabbed in Barangay Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan.
Silvestre Basanez, 47, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 30, a police report showed.
Basanez was brought and detained in the Kalibo municipal police station’s custodial facility.
The court recommended a P20,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
