ILOILO City – Charged with theft, a man was arrested in Barangay Cagbang, Oton, Iloilo.
Neil Hallares, 48, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 8:25 a.m. on July 21, police said.
He was detained in the custodial facility of the Oton municipal police station.
The court recommended a bail bond worth P6,000 for Hallares’ temporary liberty./PN
