ANTIQUE – Sibalom Municipal Police Station (MPS) apprehended a wanted person for 10 counts of qualified theft in Barangay District II, Sibalom, Antique.
The accused was identified as Remy Gregorio, a 52-year-old married male, a driver, and a resident of Sibalom town’s Barangay Pis-anan.
According to Sibalom MPS, Gregorio was served around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5, with a warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Ernesto Labio Abijay Jr., Assisting Judge of the Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 12 in San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, on January 11, 2024. Bail was set at P12,000.
As of writing, Gregorio is under the custody of Sibalom MPS pending proper disposition before the court where the case was filed./PN
