BACOLOD City – Three persons were caught while having a “pot session” in Barangay 27, a police report showed.
Elements of Police Station 4 arrested the 42-year-old resident Sandy Martinez and Barangay Taloc, Bago City, Negros Occidental residents Nico Cadusales, 32, and Ronald Jereza, 25, on Monday, the report further stated.
Recovered from the suspects were two sachets of shabu and an improvised tooter, police said.
The suspects were detained at the Police Station 4 custodial facility.
They were facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
