ILOILO City – The No. 2 most wanted person in Tigbauan, Iloilo was arrested in Barangay Handumanan, Bacolod City on Nov. 14.
Frustrated murder suspect Michael Torres, 34, was a resident of Barangay 2, Tigbauan.
Tigbauan policemen served his arrest warrant at around 11 a.m. He was then shipped back to Tigbauan and detained at the town’s police station.
Torres’ arrest warrant was issued by Judge Nelita Jesusa Bacaling of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 67.
The court approved the suspect’s bail – P20,000 .
It was unclear as of this writing if Torres was able to post bail./PN
