BACOLOD City – Facing a homicide charge, a laborer was arrested in Barangay Bug-ang, Toboso, Negros Occidental.
Resident Marlon Andales, 25, was caught on the strength of an arrest warrant around 6 p.m. on Feb. 23, police said.
Judge Reginald Fuentebella of the Regional Trial Court Branch 59 in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental issued the warrant dated Feb. 10, 2021.
Andales was detained in the lockup facility of the Toboso police station.
Fuentebella recommended a P120,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./PN
