BACOLOD City – In Barangay Bandila, Toboso, Negros Occidental, a man was shot to death.
Police identified him as 38-year-old resident Rodel Rosal.
From what the Toboso police gathered so far, it was Edwin Morales who found Rosal bathing in his own blood in Hacienda Hison in Barangay Tabun-ac around 10 a.m. on Sept. 30.
Rosal bore multiple gunshot wounds on the body, according to the police.
Personnel of the municipal police station have yet to identify the suspect. They have yet to establish the motive as well./PN
